MMEP played a pivotal role in the Sandawana Lithium Feasibility Study, applying techno-financial modelling and metallurgical test-work review to assess project economics and life-of-mine performance.

MMEP led the Trojan Mine restart and shaft re-deepening, restoring production capacity and extending mine life through integrated mechanical, electrical and process engineering.

A greenfield nickel development where MMEP drove project conception, metallurgical test-work review and geo-metallurgical orebody modelling from concept toward bankable feasibility.

MMEP delivered oxygen-injection plant works at the Bindura Smelter and Refinery, improving smelting efficiency and throughput.

MMEP supported the upgrade of the Sable Chemical Industries Acid Plant, integrating process, mechanical and instrumentation & control engineering to lift reliability and output.
