A visionary leader with over 20 years managing the full project life-cycle from conception to commissioning. A University of Zimbabwe B.Sc. Electrical Engineering graduate with an MBA, Micuner has led the Hunters Road Greenfield Project, the Trojan Mine re-deepening, restart and flotation plant, the Bindura Smelter & Refinery oxygen-injection plant and the Sable Chemical acid-plant upgrade — and more recently the Sandawana Lithium Feasibility Study, Shamva Hill Gold and Jena Mines expansion. A former General Manager Engineering at Bindura Nickel Corporation, his expertise spans electrical, instrumentation & control and mechanical engineering.

Senior Consulting Process Engineer
An innovative process engineer with over 20 years in mineral processing across nickel, copper, cobalt and gold — spanning production management, technical support, process design and bankable feasibility studies. Deep expertise in both hydro- and pyro-metallurgy, built on a 12-year tenure at Bindura Nickel Corporation and regional roles with Norilsk Nickel’s Tati Nickel and BCL in Botswana. Lead Metallurgist on the 2016 Selkirk Bankable Feasibility Study.

Proven in narrow-reef gold and large-orebody mining, with leadership roles at Metallon Gold and Bindura Nickel Corporation’s Trojan Mine, and Group Mining Engineer at Pan African Mining. Trained in ISO 9001/14001 integrated management systems.

A member of the Geological Society of Zimbabwe, with elite Datamine geostatistical modelling and JORC/SAMREC-compliant resource estimation. His career is anchored by 12 years at Anglo American and Bindura Nickel Corporation and senior roles at AngloGold Ashanti’s Siguiri Gold Mine.
